The word “No” is the most powerful word in the human language. I have learned to love it. It establishes boundaries, improves self-esteem, and cause people to evaluate themselves.
We don’t like hearing the word, so we don’t like saying the word. However, if you want your business to become profitable you must master the use of this extremely powerful word.
